• Responsible for design, development and implementation of programs and procedures to maximize production, minimize waste, increase capacity and efficiencies, and maintain product quality and integrity.

• Address Sanitation and GMP deviations on an immediate and ongoing basis and assist in the training and development of production personnel in these key areas.

• Assist with Quality Control programs to assure product quality.

• Provide support and guidance to maintenance, sanitation, quality control and warehouse operations.

• Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with ISO 90001 methods, policies and procedures.

• Ensure adherence to procedures, including GMP requirements.

• Currently Handling Quality Manufacturing production around 2200 MT per annum .

• Produced short/long term production scheduling and forecasting and monthly analysis and cost forecasting.
