• Responsible for monthly Engineering department deliverables under Naval Support Contractor, Firm Fixed Price contract for planning and design of Design/Build, Design/Bid/Build, MILCON, Special projects and Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) projects.

• Manages Engineering Design Team consisting of 5 Expat USPE Engineers, 24 Design Engineers, 8 Person Drafting Team, 4 Man Surveying Team, and 1 Office Clerk.

• Manages 6 person Facilities Planning Team in preparation of NSF planning documents and reports for MILCON, Special Projects including site approvals, Acquisition Property Records, Basic Facility Requirements, Footprint Reduction Plan, DD1391 and DD1354 reports. Conducted periodic requirements analysis and facility assessments and submit updates to Facility Requirements Plan, Facility Planning Document and Basic Facilities Requirements. Identified, developed and prioritized facility projects for demolition, consolidation, reutilization and joint use to result in maintenance and repair savings to U.S. Navy.

• Coordinates with Construction Managers and prepares FCNs (Field Change Notices), DCNs (Design Change Notices). Assists Construction Managers, prepares and approves Steel Erection Plans, Shoring and Scaffolding Plans, Fall Protection and other Safety plans and Operation and Maintenance reports.

• Manages in-house Engineering Quality Control Inspection team on various projects including MILCON, Special Projects and other Construction/Maintenance projects.
