Directed full range of project life cycle tasks(PM), including analysis, design, user acceptance testing and migration to production and support.
* Merged, Reverse Engineered and decommissioned systems for Amex, transferring functionality without interruption. Mainframe-based VM and MVS systems functionality migrated seamlessly to Unix DW and mainframe decommissioned.
* Reduced batch cycle time for 7 hour, achieving improved CPU utilization while maintaining SEC compliance.
