Objective: A full-time position where I can utilize my skills and background in all facets of painting, taping, construction, home improvement, maintenance/repair, customer service, hands-on work experience and problem-solving abilities.

Currently enrolled in a six-month HVAC Basic Certification through BOCES of Westchester County, NY.

Overview:

Seasoned home maintenance, painter and service professional. Twenty plus years working hands-on within the construction industry with over ten years in new home maintenance and warranty. Excellent customer relations and feedback. Qualified carpenter in all phases of new construction. Project locations (condos, single family homes, gated communities) ranged throughout New York and Connecticut.

Specific Technical Experience:
