Managed over $150M annually in logistics activities to include acquisition of materials, equipment, contract management, inventory control, and storage and distribution. Directed team of 109 personnel and continually implemented measures to maximize the productivity of the Logistics Department. Utilized computerized data bases for tracking, ordering, receiving, and reporting of materials, supplies and shipments. Directly oversaw 150 contract requirements to include quality controls and quality assurance to ensure all services and products met contract obligations as well as local and federal government regulatory requirements to include the FAR and DFAR. Coordinated all primary and subcontract management requirements also certified contractor officer representative. Approving official for all local purchases below the Air Force micro-purchase threshold and government purchasing card manager. Served as logistics transportation liaison for various military organizations world-wide. Improved delivery schedule to customers by implementing a real-time tracking system to oversee dispatching, routing, and shipping activities to ensure safe, prompt, and accurate delivery of supplies and equipment.
