• Actively work with Grant Manager to ensure grant deadlines are properly met and grant agreements are in compliance for State & Private Forestry.

• Provide administrative assistance to grantees throughout the entire grants management cycle: Pre-Award, Award, Post Award and Close Out Administration.

• Set up of official grant records, filing and folder maintenance that consists of scanning, emailing, NRM and I-web uploading, use of software applications and Excel.

• Maintain grant status on spreadsheet.

• Issue the approved award letter for properly approved grant applicants. .

• Generate courtesy letters and 1580 correspondence regarding expiration dates, past due reports and requests for close outs.
