Industrial training at AGLOWMED LTD, ROORKEE, India from 01-06-2007 to 30-06-2007 in Tablet/Capsule, Quality Assurance, and Quality Control Department.

Dissertation

I have modeled ILVC ( Ketol Acid Reductoisomerase) protein in Mycobacterium tuberculosis Rv 3001c using Geno3D and Modeller software, validate its active site and docking by using Autodock software at CDRI (Central Drug Research Institute) Lucknow in the kind guidance of Dr. M.I. Siddiqi. I have modeled this protein keeping in mind the problem of drug resistance. This protein may work as a potential target for dreaded disease tuberculosis in future for the new drugs.

Experience

As a Lab Assistt. In NIPER, Rae Bareli for the period of 6 month.

At present time, I am working as Droping Control Officer (DCO) in National Anti Droping Agency (NADA).

ACADEMIC ACHIEVEMENTS

Qualified GATE – 2008, which is conducted by Indian Institute of Sciences, Bangalore with 93.99 percentile and 412 gate score.

Workshops attend on “Rational Approaches in Drug Designing: Application of Tools and Techniques of Bioinformatics” at CDRI, Luck now.
