SUMMARY OF PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:
Thirty five years experience in industrial, new construction, drilling and oil production. Diverse work experience in the environmental, petrochemical, industrial hygiene, and occupational health and safety profession.
EXPERIENCE
Summary: Directly responsible for up to 1000 employees on new construction, turnaround, and maintenance projects. Projects that I directly oversaw the construction of include a Hydrogen Reformer, Reformate Splitter, Light Ends Unit, Light Ends Recovery Unit, Belco Scrubber, Gasoline Diesel Unit, Low Sulfur Diesel Unit, Firewater, Wastewater and Powerhouse upgrades, 5000 to 80,000 bbl storage tanks, bullets, and spheres. I was responsible for several projects where I directed development teams and implemented repeatable processes. I was motivated both by the challenge of finishing the projects ahead of schedule and by managing the teams that achieved our goals. A successful history in completing "grassroots" facilities, new process units, plant revamps and upgrades, refinery expansions, turnarounds, and ongoing routine maintenance services.

Safety Superintendent overseeing maintenance, new construction, and turnaround operations. Insure compliance with all OSHA and state regulations, as well as corporate and client requirements. Obligations include implementing and enforcing safety policies and procedures. Responsible for administering first aid, training, safety audits, record keeping, accident investigations, process safety management, permitting, purchase and maintenance of safety equipment including firewater, hazardous material, breathing air, instrumentation, rescue, confined space and medical.

1976 to 1991: Owner / Manager of Oil Field Service Companies
Owner / manager of oil field service companies which included well service units, reverse units, blowout preventers, fishing and rental tools, roustabout crews, rental frac and test tanks, fresh water, brine, and disposal stations, transportation, storage and disposal of hazardous materials and drilling fluids.
Duties included but not limited to accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, sales, and keeping current with state and federal regulations.
Permitted with the Railroad Commission and Interstate Commerce Commission.
Working knowledge of the Department of Transportation CFR 49.
Diverse work experiences with down hole oil and gas well drilling and workovers.
Installation of above ground facilities including storage tanks, heaters, gas and water separators, flow lines, wellhead construction, various pumps and compressors.
Duties included supplying clients with knowledge, personnel, and equipment to work with gas well blowout teams.
Fabrication of coded shop built transports tanks, frac tanks, and test tanks.
Testing, chemical and heat treatment of various grades of produced oil to insure quality for sales.
