In addition, I possess an M. Arch degree, a California real estate broker’s license, am a LEED Accredited Professional for Building Design and Construction and am a registered architect in California.

My design and project management experience includes work ranging from large scale institutional projects to custom commercial interiors, sustainable residential projects and landscape. Residential multi-family experience includes design and project management for new construction of 80 unit mixed-use communities and an 162 unit senior housing project. Institutional and tenant improvement experience include IWIN.com, UCLA Extension Building in Westwood, Jurupa Elementary School and Tribecca West.
