WORK EXPERIENCE

Project Superintendent, March 2000 – February 2010 Managed all phases of the project from planning and development to project completion. Oversee various work locations during the day – Public and Private schools, Commercial Buildings, Offices. Organize and allocate the workforces in various areas to maintain adequate manpower balance for the scheduled construction activities. Monitor manpower requirements, efficiency, and productivity of construction crews. Coordinate the material and equipment required with construction schedules. Provide technical direction in construction methods to supervisors and foremen to attain required quality control. Assist in the selection and designation of craft foremen. Coordinate work efforts between various subcontractors and company workforce. Maintain production controls and verify the construction progress at prescribed intervals. Extensive knowledge in interacting with architects, owners, building inspectors, utility representatives, and subcontractors.
