I have over 24 years of experience in the construction field including an extensive background in the management of
projects for the Department of Defense. I have successfully managed IDIQ contracts, completing up to 4.5M in task
orders. I have a strong knowledge base, with having the ability to manage, focus, supervise, organize and
implement tasks along with experiences in: Site Supervision, Project Management, Safety Management, and
Quality Control Management; as well as Estimating, Negotiating, and Scheduling experience. Have been USACE
Construction Quality Control for certified contractors since 1998. I have received OSHA 30 and 10-hour training.
Having received a Letter of Recommendation from the China Lake ROICC, and maintained personal references
