• Necessary supportive Load calculations required for selection of Utilities, cooling towers ,chillin plants are provided

• This bulk drug needs set of series of distillation columns to recover acetone and byproduct ethyl alcohol. So all layouts and elevation detail engg. Is prepared . then all activities of project are carried out.

• Successfully based on experience and available engg knowledge developed and establish a project of production of Sodiunm methoxide 2Mt/day as a continuous process . This is raw material of sulphamethoxazole.

• Using byproduct Ethyl alcohol successfully produced Diethyl Oxalate, a raw material for sulphamethoxazole.

• Mfg. Product Sulphamethoxazole gives exposure to reactions as Esterification, Aminations, condensation distillations, etc and unit operations as distillation ,filtration ,drying, pulverizing, flaking, etc
