Excelsior Engineering Ltd.

• Prepared DBM (Data Basis Memorandum) and provided scope of work.

• Reviewed all vendors’ proposal and performed P&ID, system description and mechanical design.

• Generated progress reports, construction plans and schedules.

• Submitted AEUB, ABSA, and AENV regulatory applications related to piping, pipeline and facilities.

• Performed RFQ and purchase order (PO) for all process facilities such as Gas Compressors; Injection pumps; Separators; Flare Stack; Storage Tanks and other equipment and bid evaluation for all received quotations.

Esfahan Refinery

• Performed engineering, supervised construction & erection, oversaw trouble shooting of all deficiency and defects and provided liaison with contractors during engineering, erection and commissioning of 224 t/h steam boiler EPC project and developed and maintained HSE issues in all disciplines.

• Engineered the development of scope, cost, schedule, business case, tender evaluations, construction, and commissioning of Air Compression System, Wastewater Treating facility, High Pressure Nitrogen Compression System and 450 m3/h Waste water Reverse Osmosis Treating Plant Projects.

Selected Achievements

• Prevented Refinery downtime by replacing OEM parts with local or national ones and reduced the cost by $1million.

• Initiated and performed Wastewater Treating Plant Project to compensate shortage of raw water to the Refinery and saved around $1million in 1-year term.
