Receiving- unloaded merchandise from incoming trucks and stocked the shelves. Performed the duties of the Receiving Clerk in absence of the Receiving Clerk.

Installed Sales Coordinator- coordinated between customers, installers, and salespersons, for the complete satisfaction of the customer, on projects that were sold as installed sales. Follow up on all projects. Entered payments for the installers and verified that the projects were complete. RTM Clerk- Return to Manufacturer- Returned products to manufacturers that were defective, damaged, or good stock with proper authorization, receiving credit for the store. Processed over $200,000 in credit for the store within a one year period.

PSE Assistant- Project Specialist Exterior- Assist with the day to day data entry, customer service, phone communication, and unbundling of projects sold as installs. Follow up on all projects.
