SUMMARY
As a Senior Journeyman Tool and Die Professional, I have various experiences in building and repairing form dies, die cast molds, and injection molds. I have experience in troubleshooting die and fixtures for products as well as gauge equipment. I have extensive knowledge in setup and operation of all tool room machinery including but not limited to conventional EDM and CNC mills. I also have extensive knowledge of heat treating steels, TIG, MIG, and arc welding process.
