Objective

While my primary background is Retail Manager, that does not limit my abilities. I have trained associates in matters of technology in a class room environment, as well as in the field. For the past 10 years, I have troubleshot hardware and software issues. I have setup wireless networks and installed anti-virus programs. I am familiar with MAC, PC, iPods, iPads, and iPhones. I obtained my Bachelor of Science and Associate degrees in Information Technology. I was responsible for the day to day operations of running a big box retail store. I was in charge of training, coaching, safety, and loss prevention procedures. I was also in charge of price changes, inventory and Accounts Payable & Receivable. I recruited, interviewed, and worked as the Human Resources Representative. I was in charge of payroll, applications, I-9 Forms, tax forms, and any counseling. I trained all new associates on job skills and department needs.

The store was in the negative in profit and now it is in the black.
