Committed to several summer-long projects, this dealt with continuos process improvement, maintenance, and critical process documentation and analysis. Implement a preventative maintenance and “help” ticket system (FaciliWorks) for the engineering support group of Mequon Drive Remanufacturing. Reclaim non-value add and poorly utilized work space within the Legacy repair area to ensure that a four station test area (part of a new safety requirement) can be incorporated into this area.

Facilitate individual and community development on the floor and in the hall. As members of the residence hall community, RAs have the responsibility to assist floor members in developing and maintaining an active, cooperative, and study-conducive atmosphere on the floor and throughout the hall. Head and sideline referee for the Milwaukee Kickers Soccer Club with a United States Soccer Federation Referee certification. Officiated soccer matches of varying age and skills levels. Depending on game level, assignments required me to referee solo or with other officials, as needed.
