Brought into company to produce an electronic health records package. Managed multiple projects from concept to launch. Project budget was over $1.2 million and by the end of production, the company had a computerized physician order entry system (CPOE) with a nursing documentation package, complete with an eMAR package and medication decision-support module.

Inherited project that was over budget and over allotted time due to poor design and time management. Team delivered a product that was of the highest quality and exceeding most professional standards.
