Process Improvement Consultant

• Responsibility for significant contribution via initiated projects, validation, and passing Audit process for 2.2 million dollar Cost Reduction Objective.

• Implemented Lean initiatives inclusive of Employee Involvement via Rapid Improvement Events and unique 7S Program adding Safety and Security as the 6th and 7th Ss to a 5S Program.

• These RIEs resulted in WIP and inventory reductions allowing capacity increase via additional equipment within existing square footage.
