FUNCTIONAL SKILLS:

Production Management:

• Planning, organizing, controlling & evaluating the operations of a manufacturing establishment.

• Developing & implementing plans to efficiently use materials, labour & equipments to meet the production targets. Troubleshooting problems in production line and taking countermeasures for the customers’ complaints. Executing cost-saving techniques/measures and modifications by reviewing the existing process to achieve the substantial reduction in the operations.
