Monitor functional and in-circuit testers and identify process indicators to maximize first pass yield. Work closely with engineering and skilled trades to resolve issues, increase quality, and improve efficiency across a variety of processes. Use schematics, drawings, oscilloscopes, multi-meters, analyzers, and other tools for diagnostic purposes. Perform high reliability soldering – surface mount, through hole, and PCB repairs. Utilize PDB, TRACS, and MS Office to retrieve and analyze historical data, create reports, and maintain detailed records for high-volume production line. Identify and process scrap – compile data and root cause issues to support cost reduction.
