Responsibilities and Duties:
Weighing trucks in and out, keeping a daily log of shipments and deliveries into and out of our warehouse. Assigning dock doors for such shipments and deliveries. When receiving inventory, deliveries would be identified as either stock or block orders, each having its own specified procedure for getting the inventory into our computer system. All shipments by rail and by container required a numbered seal, the seal number would then be entered into the computer upon completion of a service order. Other duties included the relocation of product, coordinating shipments by rail for private companies and completing daily reports that reconciled inventory.

Responsibilities and Duties:
Solely responsible for assisting the public with temporary domestic abuse restraining orders. Was the first person citizens would talk to with questions regarding civil court proceedings. Assisted the public with the filing of court documents pertaining to tenant issues, monetary issues under the state limit of $2500, and the recovery of personal property. Entered those filings into the computer’s master file, assigned court dates, and set the docket for civil court. Assisted the judges in civil court as the clerk of court and entered judgments awarded by said judges. Maintained civil court files with secondary procedures such as garnishments and evictions once a judgment had been had been rendered in the civil cases.
