Chicago International Trucks was comprised of the former Freund, Pollard, Owens and City International dealerships. Navistar Corp. purchased this group and others to form Chicago International Trucks. They later operated through

DealCor as Dealer Development locations.

Managed 50+ employees at 6 locations and a fleet of over 800 units.

Transformed Montgomery location from a $17,000/mo. cost center to a

$30,000/mo. profit center by utilizing improved maintenance programs and expanding available services.

Selected as member of Executive Committee to develop corporate operating and sales procedures.

Chairman and member of the Web Strategy and IT Groups, tasked with implementation and launch of the new website and operating system for the expanding Corporation.

Fleet size, rental utilization were positively impacted at all locations. PM’s

were re-scheduled and catastrophic failures ceased.
