With the support of the staff I maintained an annual maintenance budget of 2.5 million dollars while over seeing an estimated annual revenue stream of 20 million dollars. I tracked the revenue and maintenance budgets on a daily basis using excel and access reports. Tough decision making when it came to budgetary and personnel issues. Ensured that the facility was operating within our environmental and safety regulations. Meant with city officials on many occasions in regards to the facility and its permit to operate.

My responsibilities included supervising and training eight individuals in the practices of maintaining proper boiler and all auxiliary equipments water chemistry. Oil and fuel analysis, all under way replenishment fuel transfer operation, maintenance of all equipment that our work center took ownership of.
