General Dynamics Information Technology / Web Content Manager - 06/2009 to Present:
As Web Content Manager for the FBI Crime Laboratory, I am responsible for the Laboratory Division’s intranet and internet presence with regard to web maintenance, development, and content management including version control, pdf creation, and fillable forms. I have been tasked with the conversion of all existing Lab website information to Microsoft Office SharePoint 2007. I have created and populated numerous temporary/permanent Team sites for use by Lab personnel. I am also responsible for the design, implementation, and content management for the new Lab Library website that will be housed on DoJNet. I have the added responsibility of creating a Lab communications presence on the Laboratory Website. I created and maintain the updated Forensic Science Communication journal for the Lab inter-net and intra-net sites. I am responsible for the pick-up and delivery of all unit mail as well as the delivery of all unit classified waste for destruction. I am now responsible for working with Library personnel to prepare internal media for distribution. I am now also responsible for administrative support to the Library staff. I have been given the added responsibility of updating the Lab intra-net Communications page on a daily basis.

TSA (DHS) Incident Command Watch Officer / Intelligence Analyst - 09/2005 to 02/2006:
As a TSA Operations Watch Officer, I was responsible for the conduct and supervision of airport security operations such as coordinating emergency responses pertaining to security breaches, notification of the highest level TSA Leadership Staff, and producing all pertinent reporting documentation and paperwork. I maintained a continuous chronological log of security activities and prepared reports that included security issues, medical transports, arrests, and all other relevant airport activities. As a Security Intelligence Analyst I was responsible for producing a daily Intelligence Summary Brief based on research and assessment of multi-source intelligence data for the Senior TSA Leadership Staff.
TSA (DHS) Security Screening Officer - 06/2004 to 09/2005:
As a Security Screening Officer, I was responsible for performing a variety of duties related to the security and protection of air travelers, airports, and aircraft. I have been trained and certified to identify dangerous objects and prohibited items in baggage and on passengers in an effort to keep said objects from being transported onto an aircraft. Duties include but were not limited to: operation of advanced x-ray and explosive trace detection machinery, placement of screening officer personnel, and producing all necessary output and shift performance paperwork. As Web Specialist, I was responsible for designing and creating functional real-time informational Web pages for Joint Warfare Analysis Center (JWAC) use on intra and internet systems utilizing Windows NT. I developed recommendations for operating web applications and processes for use by administrators and end users as well as responding and providing resolution to Web related trouble calls. I provided input to Project Board members while bringing the Boards vision to a working model. As Web Designer, I provided sole technical design, creation, and site management of a large internal web effort for the National Reconnaissance Office (NRO).
