PROJECTS

Duties included designing and creating the following deliverables: PDD event flyer, press release, raffle flyer, and multi-page program. • On this project I used Histograms, cause-and-effect diagram, and check sheet to investigate why health insurance claims were denying benefit max for women who have a routine exam and a gynecological examine. In Quality Management are used histograms, cause-and-effect diagrams, check sheet and other quality management tools to problem solve with health care claims. I used a 14 step process with inputs and outputs for each of the 14 steps.

• In the projects that I completed in school we had to define the scope of the project, complete a statement of works and then assign tasks using Microsoft Project. We had to also complete a communication plan, risk management plan showing what the risk were and how we would mitigate the risk. We had to complete a cost analysis for each project and do a budget analysis that showed the breakdown of each milestone, life cycle cost, a breakeven analysis, and a cost benefit analysis (CBA).

• In all my projects in school we used Microsoft Project to show what our task where, who was responsible for the task, when the task started and when it finished. We used Microsoft Project to produce reports for cost for our budget and to track our resources. Through Microsoft Project it shows the critical path of the project and also shows what the milestones are and when they have to be met.
