Responsible for the integrity of all manufacturing processes, shipping and bills of lading.

Supervised 12 employees utilizing Lean Concepts for productivity and maintenance.

Reduced scrap by 300% and improved product quality by creating a continuous improvement program by utilizing Statistical Process Controls that included scheduled preventive maintenance.

Responsible for facility layout and the reorganization of machine placement by utilizing the spaghetti diagram derived from the Lean training. Improved productivity and reduced downtime 33% and 150% respectively.

Introduced a new quick order system that utilized Kan-Ban visual place cards that improved turnaround time for on-time delivery from 5% to 98%.

Due to cut-backs in personnel I was given the additional responsibility of the Metallurgical Lab. Testing incoming material and analyzing heat treatment. This also included FAA Aircraft documentation of which was inspected by a government official quarterly.

Laid off due to EMERSON Corporation closing the Liverpool Factory.
