Worked on CADM (Customer Account and Data Management) application, this web based application is a collection of business applications that supports customer information system and payment system across the organization. CADM serves as the database of record for customer account and billing information for their services. This new version of CADM provides a single operational database environment that integrates customer information across all departments, before it was split in various small systems. This integrated web application can be used by various departments all across the organization.
Involved with testing their online CCQ (Customer Call Queue) system. This system is designed to process the orders requiring customers interaction. Orders from different departments or process can be routed to this system which requires contacting customers. In CCQ system users can retrieve the orders from queue and contact customers to resolve different conflicts mainly related to their eligibility, address, payments.

Project: Distributed Applications Enhancement: The objective of this project is to improve the User Interface of the existing thick client application. Users of this distributed application used to work on VB screens to access and administer all data in and out of the system, the existing workflow was cumbersome and navigation archaic. As a part of this new project, the user interface is getting converted to web enabled screens using new web technologies.
