• Kept Time & Attendance Records for the complete staff of the Unit and prepared reports for payroll.
• In charge of the Petty Cash for Procurement Section. Responsible of managing petty cash funds for the different Federal agencies at the Embassy. Prepared the Vouchers for reimbursement by the main cashier for replenishment of the petty cash.
