Managed 5 developers and 2 business analysts for requirements gathering and application development using a customizable governmental software tool call TieNet from Maximus in an Oracle client/server web environment. This NYC Department of Education project required the integration of disparate legacy systems into a consolidated data warehouse with an ASP.NET interface. I was hired to revamp the requirements gathering activities, since the project was behind schedule and the previous manager/lead was released. Accomplishments include:
Completion of Release 1 development and transferred control to NYC-DOE
Lead JAD/JAR sessions for requirements gathering.
Responsible for updating project plan, weekly risk assessment, data governance and well as posting to MS/Project Collaboration and SharePoint.
Developed templates and managed functional artifacts such as; use cases, data mappings, process flows, test cases, detailed specifications and traceability for both SharePoint and HP Quality Center.

LabCorp is a major laboratory testing facility that recently purchased Dianon Labs. The proposed ERP environment consisted of marketing, accounting, lab processes, research, and scheduling. Systems infrastructure was based on conversion of multiple DEC Systems into a JAVA based Oracle data warehouse using Business Objects.. Accomplishments include:
Provided over 30 use cases, several process flows, data mappings, and integration requirements.

Our Stock Plan organization provides systems and infrastructure support for corporations to grant/award stock to their employees, as well as the integration to track/report trading activities. Promoted to a BA position and wrote over 80 use cases with test scenarios for the various projects.
Reduced the 48 hr lag time to less than 3hrs by providing XML transformation requirements and detailed specifications thru use cases, and work flows regarding mergers, acquisitions, spin-offs, tenders, global trading, and stock splits for the revised Corporate Action System.
