• Developed budgetary compositions within the S.E.S. program and managed the Abstinence ‘til Marriage & Healthy Relationships program and assisted with grant completion, resulting in a Title I grant renewal.
• Managed supplemental education programming in conjunction with the No Child Left Behind Program; worked with Atlanta Public, Fulton County, and Clayton County School systems.
• Developed effective recruitment and marketing strategies for the S.E.S. programs; also hired, trained, and managed teachers and tutors to deliver S.E.S. services.
• Ensured that daily paperwork was completed, organized and accurate in numerous areas (parent signatures, attendance records, progress reports, billing, etc.) so that facility passed site visits from federal auditors.
• Effectively coordinated meetings, events, workshops, and presentations for the organization.
