Vice President / Owner’s Construction Representative and Consultant for construction of 2.2 million square foot, 54-story Bank of America Tower at One Bryant Park. Provide onsite management oversight for all phases of construction project including monitoring construction manager’s coordination of workers, materials, and equipment, ensuring that specifications are being followed and work is proceeding on schedule and within budget. Review bidding activities, approval of awards, ensure quality control, and liaise with clients at all stages of the project. Review and approve all requests for payment and extras. Monitor administration of construction trade contracts. Initiate and maintain liaison with government and community organizations to facilitate construction activities.
• Bank of America Tower at One Bryant Park, NYC. Located on Sixth Avenue between 42nd and 43rd Streets is the second tallest building in NYC and became the first commercial high rise in the United States to win the top platinum rating from the U.S. Green Building Council. The 54 story building was completed in 2008 at a cost of $2 billion. Includes reconstruction of the historic Henry Miller’s Theatre (see attached for additional details).

Vice President/Project Executive with complete responsibility for management of pre-construction and construction phases of residential and assisted living projects. Responsibilities included scheduling, constructability review, value engineering and purchasing. Participated in marketing efforts for business development in the residential and healthcare sectors.
• 101 West End Ave.; NYC $90 million construction of mixed-use residential development by Tishman-Speyer Properties. Total building area of 630,000 sq. ft. containing 507 apartments, retail and 3 parking levels below grade.
• Meadowview At The Warburg; Mount Vernon, NY $15 million assisted living facility containing 140 units, common areas and amenities. Project included new access road, parking and utilities.

Senior Vice President with total responsibility for new building and renovation projects for its Core & Shell Division.
• Shops At Northern Boulevard; Queens, NY. New $20 million retail center consisting of 250,000 sq. ft. leased space with roof-top parking for 600 cars.
• Manhattan Psychiatric Center; Wards Island, NY. $63 million gut-rehab of patient-occupied mental hospital facility comprising 300,000 sq. ft. Includes all mechanical, electrical and life safety systems.
• New York Public Library; Fifth Ave. & 42 St., NYC. $20 million interior renovation and restoration project including Main Library Reading Room, U.S. History Division, Wallach Division, Bryant Park Stack Extension and Jill Rose Gallery.
• IPI USA Corp; West 51 St., NYC. Preconstruction services, interior demolition and abatement for conversion of existing 120,000 sq. ft. factory building to headquarters for major up-scale retail firm.
• Brookdale Hospital; Brooklyn, NY. New $3 million Radiation/Oncology Department including a linear accelerator, simulator and cobalt unit in basement level of existing facility. Also, new $3 million complete renovation of existing first floor Emergency Department in three separate phases to permit continual use of facility.
Crow Construction Company, New York, NY 1991-1996
Project Executive with bottom-line responsibility for multiple, major projects in the Northeast. Planned and directed work with project managers and construction superintendents. • Glen Arden Life Care Retirement Community; Goshen, NY. The $25 million project consists of a 230,000 sq. ft., three story, 163-unit residence building and a 40-bed healthcare center.
