OBJECTIVE
. Pursuing a full time permanent position within a company that will
allow me to continue forward in my career path bringing forth my

. Experienced team leader dedicated to not only providing Engineering /
Machine Building project coordination to the company at hand, but also
dedicated towards providing strong project coordination skills between
Engineering, Machine Building and Technical Support. Improving the
work environment to ensure that the Machine Building personnel work
effectively within the defined project structure is key to success and
I have always continuously strive to optimize this concept to ensure
success within the company. I have effectively demonstrated the
ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and have been able
to work under pressure while working to achieve project completion
dates when required, often under changing conditions. Overall I have a
sound working knowledge of engineering, design and machine building
and shop practices.

time sheets and approval before weekly project summary reports can be
completed
. Working effectively with Engineering Manager to ensure that projects
are mapped out correctly and that correct allowable hours for machine
assembly are adhered to within published time lines of the Master
Schedule
. Contributing to the development of Engineering standards
. Ensuring consistent quality of manufacture
. Ensuring correct operation of safety features for all equipment with
the Engineering Manager and/or external Safety Engineers during Pre-
start Health and Safety Reviews
. Taking direct responsibility for assigned engineering projects and
their on time completion
. Contributing as a knowledgeable senior member of the Engineering
Department to any projects as required.
. Working effectively with the Technical Support Supervisor as required
. Ensuring that RGA repairs / rebuilds are completed or dealt with in a
timely manner as detailed on the Master Schedule
. Contributing objectively to equipment / process design reviews with
members of the Engineering / Machine Building / Technical Support
groups as required
. Continue to learn about the latest technologies through classes, trade
journals, the internet, consultants and trade shows
. Assist other company functions as required
. Work toward an ever increasing safety standard for the personnel
within the Genpak LP, Peterborough plant
. Assume other responsibilities as assigned
