Recruitment & selection:
• Handling end-to-end recruitment cycle.
• Responsible for scheduling interviews, interview follow-ups, reference checks and salary negotiation and making offers to the candidates.

Time Management and payroll:
• Take care of all the Staff Attendance, Leave Applications etc

Exit Formalities:
• Taking care of end to end exit process and documenting the same in the exit database.
• Processing the clearance for full and final settlement and coordinating with Accounts Dept for full & final Settlement.
• Issuing the relieving and experience letters.
