Creating & updating Piping Class database in In-House material S/W GPIMS.Resolved material errors & queries generated during the MTO Loading. Generated various type of reports required for Materials. Checked the Isometrics with respect to P&ID & Material aspect. Prepared TBE for all piping materials Resolved Queries raised by Layout team regarding piping class & materials. Issued MR for Bulk items & updating the data as per changes. Comparing the MTO & generating the conflict Report & resolving the conflict with the Layout team. 2) ISPRL- Prepared the Bulk MTO for bidding purpose of Project. Prepared all specialties Items MRs for cost & evaluation purpose. GA Drawings for rack & other process areas using S/W PLANT WAVE. Preparation of input drawings to other disciplines such as nozzle orientation drawing, CPS, Platform details.

4) SHAH U & O GAS: 3D Piping, Equipment modeling, Supporting using Piping S/W SP3D.

5) HDPE:- HIGH DENSITY POLYETHYLENE:-Plot Plan development,equipment modeling, Piping layout,MTO generation, releasing isometric. Developed skills & knowledge in Steam Jacketing piping. Active participation in model review using S/W SPR(Smart Plant Review)

B) Under SEZ-Jamnagar Export Refinery Project (JERP)-RIL worked for:

1) Delayed Coker Unit: Worked for early commissioning of 6 drum of Coker unit.

Bulk MTO generation, engineering deliverable schedule preparation,3D piping modeling using PDS 7.2.Releasing stress critical lines list to Stress Dept. Done several DCNs,SER,resolved site queries. Involved in Yellow line auditing, preparation of steam tracing schedule,nozzle orientation,platform orientation,cleat support inputs. Involved in Model review sessions using SPR.

2) Fluid Catalytic Cracker Unit: 3D Piping & equipment modeling using PDS7.3.

Pipe Rack & other major structure load inputs. Releasing Isometrics for construction. Done DCN’s, Site engineering request (SER),Plant start-up Request. Resolved Site queries, load inputs to civil.Involved in various auditing activities like support audit, process audit, stress audit,yellow line audit,thermal audit for regenerator & reactor.etc. Model review using SPR & its comment updation.Active participation in Pre commisioning activities like,Battery limit interface checking,Plant Start up request,Site queries resolution & Post commisioning activities like PCO,As built in model.
