• Monitored the installation of 20 putting green cavities (3-5 acres) of United States Golf Association (USGA) recommended soil mixtures and drainage.
• Coordinated staff in the resurfacing of ultra dwarf putting green surfaces from Tifdwarf to Tifeagle and over seeding playing areas with cool season grasses.
• Formal and Informal weekly meetings with some power point presentations and public speaking.
• Scheduled daily/yearly maintenance for a staff of 24-34 (Mostly Spanish speaking associates)
• Conducted bi-weekly safety meetings teaching the proper use of cutting units, power tools, and utility vehicles by OSHA standards and State and Federal Guidelines.

• Provided assistance and advice of two construction renovation projects
• The completed construction of 145 sand based bunkers with micro-fiber felt to improve washouts, playability and drainage caused by hurricanes.
• Preparing the surface of 18 ultra dwarf putting greens from Tifdwarf to Tifeagle by removing 4 inches of organic material and replenishing with new USGA soil mix and rototilling into green cavity. Designed a fertility program to establish new putting surfaces
• Assisted in the Methyl Bromide application prior to planting Tifeagle sprigs to a USGA recommended soil profile.
• Co-created an effective maintenance system for a multi-hole golf course of detailed job descriptions and assignments to communicate with fellow staff members, management staff and membership using daily course status reports, weekly meetings and newsletter articles.
• Maintaining outstanding playing conditions through effective cultural practices, proper water management and fertility program based on soil sampling and tissue analysis.
