Assigned to lead the stalled and tumultuous Uplands project; a 1100 unit mixed income, mixed housing development in West Baltimore estimated at $400 million. Work collaboratively with many internal City agencies and externally community stakeholders and former residents. Managed all phases of site assembly, design, planning, approvals, bidding and contracting, budget analysis, remediation, demolition, mass grading and infrastructure, finance closing and construction. Successfully managed and won two legal challenges by the former residents.

• Managed Uplands environmental remediation. Site contained over 900 residential units and 14 commercial buildings. Managed removal of asbestos, lead, USTs, contaminated soil, and obtaining MDE closeout.
Mass Grading and Infrastructure Improvement Projects (2008 to Present) Budgets: $2M to $42M
Currently managing the Uplands mass grading and infrastructure contract a 60 acre, $19 million project.
Construction & Demolition Projects (1999 to Present) Budgets: $450K to $199M
Uplands –Construction of 761 units. Rental Phase 1 underway 104 units.
The Townes at Hillsdale –Construction of site improvements and 56 affordable home ownership units
Harlem Park Senior Building – Managed construction of a 78 unit tax credit financed senior center, with a commercial kitchen.
