PRESENTLY WORKING AS A MANAGER (FARM MAINTENANCE) IN ONE OF THE WORLD LARGEST AN ISO ACCREDITED AQUA FARM IN KINGDOM OF SAUDI ARABIA SINCE JULY 2003 TO TILL DATE
• Project Planning.
• Estimation, Quantification and budgeting.
• Construction & Maintenance of Ponds, Canals, Dike, Roads and etc.
• Handling of Heavy Earth moving machineries (Operation, PMS & Trouble shooting) like Dozers, Tractors, Graders, Dump Trucks, Excavators, Harvest machines, Generators, Hydraulic Pumps, Cranes etc.
• Lead a Team of around 100 operators, workers and staff from different nations for maintaining 5500 Ha of Shrimp Farm.
• Coordination & Providing Logistics supports to the farms – Like Transportation and Movement of raw materials, Equipments and Other resources for shrimp cultivations.
One year experience in Middle level Management (Irrigation Engineer) in a large scale Commercial Agrl FARM of 4000 Ha-TILDA (U) LTD., UGANDA-EAST AFRICA from November 98 to October 99.
• Developments of Rice & Sugarcane Farms in the swamp area-Surveying, Land Clearing other Land Reclamation work by using all heavy equipments.
• Operation and Maintenance of Agrl equipments – Tractors, Harrows, Rotavators, Planting Machine, Fertilizer Applicators and Combine Harvesting machine (CASE) for Rice, Maize & Sugarcane
• Water Management (Monitoring & Controlling) – Drip & Open Channel Irrigation system

Three years experience as Deputy Manager in CENTURY AGRO TECH Ltd, from Jan 2000 to June 2003 in Sivaganga near Madurai.
