OBJECTIVE
I enjoy working in fast paced, fun and professional work environment. Using team work as my focus I plan to learn as well as express myself though my food and sushi presentations. Food is my passion and it would be my pleasure to help you server our customers.
FUNCTIONAL SUMMARY
I have over 12 years experience working in all parts of the restaurant. Starting out as young successful chef- soon I would move to serving and then eventually sushi. My sushi experience adds up to over 6 years. I am able to prepare all sushi including nigiri, sashimi, chirachi don, and maki rolls(not to include additional specials). My fish break down is both clean and fast as well as my garnish prep. Making rice is also something I pride in making to perfection. Since I come from a French cuisine background you will find my specials both new and original. My service is both pleasant and respectful with a twist of fun entertainment.
