JOB PROFILE & RESPONSIBILITY

• Ensuring compliance of material as per ASME, Fabrication type as per TEMA, Testing and Inspection of Raw materials as per ASTM.

• Read & review of Customer Drawings to state the Deviations and get clarified with the customer.

• Preparing, checking, reviewing and revising the drawings and Design calculations / Specifications before submitting to client for approval.

• Preparation of mechanical details of Heat Exchangers & Pressure Vessels at proposal stage & Order confirmation stage.

• Preparing the Design of the Equipments as per scope of purchase Order.

• Preparing the Design Calculation for U-Stamp and Submitting to AI.

• Preparing Technical Specification for Incoming Material Procurement.

• Procuring materials as per drawings for vessel, Heat Exchangers & Skid.

• Informing any design changes which affect the incoming material to Purchase Department.

• Replying Customer / Client’s queries / clarifications related to the Work Order.

• Maintaining all the design documents.

• Preparing all the documents as per ISO.

• Successfully completed the HTRI Training program.

• Successfully completed the “Internal Auditor Training (ISO 9001:2000)” from DNV.

• Played a key role to achieve this year objective i.e., “Double the Turn Over”.

• Established Raw Material Supplier base.
