Streamlining bid defense operations. Reduced the number of multiple emails and phone calls for the bid defenses by developing a two-page document with the necessary and/or required information. Each attendee received an email with this information.
Prepared and assisted in determining the first divisional budget (25 million dollars) for both Talecris Plasma Resources in Research Triangle Park, North Carolina, and IBR in Lafayette, Louisiana.
Oversaw the outsourcing purchase orders for up to 60 companies with contracts from $20,000 to $5,000,000. Prepared the monthly accruals and quarterly forecasting.
Selected as the only Ariba Customer Service Specialist and Trainer. Participated in the implementation, tested applications, trained end users, gave high level presentation to executive team, documented and resolved issues, handled Tech Level 1 issues, conducted system monitoring globally.
Liaison to the Memphis International Distribution Team to provide better support, communication, and morale. Traveled to Memphis every two months to bridge the communication gap between Corporate and Memphis.
