Environmental, Safety, Health & Security Lead, Anniston, AL (2005-2011)

ESH and Security Manager of an 80-employee facility that generates $145M of annual revenue by producing the world’s leading heat transfer and aviation hydraulic fluids. Managed all aspects of site environmental, safety, health and security management, including process safety management (PSM), safety performance and programs, emergency response, environmental compliance, permitting and waste management, industrial hygiene, safety training, occupational health and wellness, plant medical program, internal ISO audits and facility security management.

Assigned to the Ground Wave Emergency Network (GWEN), worked closely with the customer to ensure compliance with all aspects of the contract. Duties included: troubleshooting, maintenance and upkeep of three remotely located communication systems in a tri-state area.
