Marie, a designated area of responsibility. This involved performing inspections of restaurants, personal service settings, pools/spas and group homes. Continued proficiency in training with advanced exposure to enterics and communicable diseases (e.g. H1N1), risk hazard analysis, inspections, HPPA (O. Reg. 562), HACCP, SDWS, IPHIS and strict adherence to policies and procedures guidelines. Currently involved with Food Safety Committee and represent APH at the BPAC (Binational Public Advisory Committee) meetings. Participation in summer water quality/beach sampling/West Nile program from Sault Ste. Marie to Wawa, White River and Dubreuilville.
