Project: INCA

Synopsis: INCA is an ELINT (Electronic Intelligence) & COMINT (COMmunications INTelligence) electronic warfare system. It is used for Searching, monitoring, scanning, direction finding, location fixing and Jamming of enemy communication and interception of Satellite.

Designation : Project Coordinator.

Period : Jan 2009 -Till Date.

Role & Responsibility:

1. Responsible for System Hand over and providing training to customer.

2. Supervision during project installation.

3. Responsible for conducting Site acceptance Test (SAT).

4. Responsible for System Integration testing.

5. Coordinating with Team members of different locations.

6. Submitting Different Reports as per customer requirement.

7. Responsible for tracking project deliverables, dates and checks Assist project personnel deadlines.

8. Coordinate hardware and software installations and upgrades to ensure work is performed in accordance with company policy. Recommends resolutions to complex matters of significance and coordinate the implementation of the approved course of action.

9. Coordinate and monitor troubleshooting to isolate and diagnose common system problems.

Synopsis : The MMI will provide to develop various input dialogs through which the operator can give commands to handle various equipments and the process the raw data received from the various radars, sonar and other warfare equipments.

3. Participated in the Designing phase for preparing SRD, SCP, IRS, FID, and ITP from SYRS and IDD.
