Manage client-specific projects and teams designing, installing, testing, and maintaining air-conditioning and mechanical ventilation (ACMV) systems. Perform failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA), conduct what-if analysis, and assess operational key performance indicators while maintaining and updating standard operating procedures.

• Lead implementation and operations team of 30 professionals to install, test, and maintain air-conditioning and mechanical-ventilation systems.

• Designed and installed HVAC systems for the Tesco Extra store in Tebrau, including load calculations and chilled water-pipe sizing as well as split unit design and allocation.

• Managed ISO 9001:2008 documentation for the site office while ensuring that all HVAC equipment remained within client’s specifications.
