Responsibility: Conceptualization Design & Detail Engineering 3D Modeling of Equipments and Piping Layout for refinery Production. Pipe routing are done to meeting the P&ID requirements using PDMS. Assisting PDMS Administrator to create Catalogs & Specification,Equipments are updated as per the Data sheets & Vendor Drawings as well as Inter discipline comments (IDC). Generate the Nozzle orientation drawings, comments are update into vendor drawing to suit the Piping Layout requirements. Generate the Report for various outputs (e.g. Piping MTO, Insulation schedule, Valve list, Bolt report, Weld report, Weight etc), and Piping Modeling status to compare with Line list, and updating the Piping Modeling progress list as well as Equipments. Raising the TQ (Team query) to other Discipline with relative the Piping requirements. Civil Input requirement Such as Pipe rack, access Platform, Staircase, Foundation of the Equipments & additional trimmer steel Members to provide for the supports as well as Material Handling. Modeling Pipe Supports to matching as per layout and stress load, using the MDS Tool(Multiple design Supports), Issuing the Iso`s to Stress Analysis Calculation, and Iso`s issued to Approved for Construction.Extracting GAD`s from the Draft.Updated the Client Model Review tags.
