Provided internal management controls and strategies to assist business growth to this long-time operation. Coordinated and supervised production and office staff hiring and training (Acct, IT, & HR) Product development, purchasing (extensive interfacing with European, South American and Asian suppliers to ensure procurement of required metals), with scheduling and new project management. Updated Syteline and implemented an eight product-line P&L through the creating of sub-ledgers by product code. Created entire Business Plan for North America, identified limits and established budgetary process while setting realistic goals based on availability of raw material. Applied technologies; built capacity for optimum performance in Processing Industry still in infancy.
