Responsibilities:
Design, develop and deploy a password protected corporate Intranet to 600 employees across 13 states. Act as liaison to all company units. All HR form distribution, accounting, payroll processing and distribution of financial information moved to electronic form. Within 6 months all marketing and advertising materials were distributed companywide over the Internet. Within 12 months 30% of all new employee screening was performed via web-based forms and tests and then assigned an interview date and directed to the appropriate call center for interviews.
Design, develop and deploy a password protected Intranet application to create newspaper, radio and online advertisements. Finished ads were automatically emailed, faxed or shared online for collaboration and/or dynamically placed with single or multiple advertisers. Developed back end web-based accounting system to track client cost, advertising cost and multi-client billing. Management team for this application grew to 25 people.
Design, develop and deploy a PDA based website for all employee and office contact information.
Part of a team that managed new offices in India that managed screening, interviewing, hiring and training of all IT personnel. India offices ran 3 shifts daily, 7 days a week and employed over 50 people across all company functions.
