IES- Commercial, Field Foreman

Oct 2007 - May 2009 Layoff

Coordinated work between subs and other trades, which included low voltage, fire alarm, fire pump room, all MDP's and switch gear. I was responsible for production tracking, employee time, ordering materials, safety logs, training, as-builds, production forecasting, RFI's, RFP's, and implementing those changes so as not to affect our schedule. I was also responsible for scheduling inspections with the county, fire department and elevator inspections at rough and final.

Wayne-Dalton Garage Doors, Installer

January 2005 - October 2007

Garage door installation, power supplies and garage door openers for both commercial buildings and residential homes.

Abbott and True Electric, Mechanic

October 2004 - January 2005

Tasks varied depending on job site. Responsible for remodels of Target stores, stadium lighting, and a school gym as well as gas stations and restaurants. Jobs consisted of underground wire, wire-pulls and specialty lighting. On this job I was also a liaison between Project Managers and Contractors.

Lenhart Electric, Crew Leader

October 2002 - October 2004

At his company I was responsible for layout, reading prints, QC work, troubleshooting, life safety systems and warranty work. Completed tasks from beginning to end. Underground layout of high and low voltage feeders, in wall and ceiling rough, MDP and switch gear, kitchens, ANSUL systems, gyms, catwalks, pulling wire, and trim. Responsible for fire alarm rough, HVAC rough and termination of VFD's and cooling towers, and passing all inspections with the county.
