Responsibilities include budget analysis and development for the Company’s
performance directives under SQCDM methodology.
Development and implementation of line balancing techniques to ensure proper manpower levels
as production requirements change.
Standard data development of work elements on 3 main order picking areas through time studies
and MOST work measurement techniques. Project yielded 6 manpower savings.
Implementation of various projects that improved safety and productivity of manual and forklift
